Shipping policy

A product subtotal of $50.00 is the minimum order qualification for free shipping within the continental United States. For orders less than $50.00, our lowest cost shipping option within the continental United States is our flat rate of $5.00. Our flat rate shipping option uses the US Postal Service, but we may use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or other carriers as circumstances dictate. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. Our free shipping and flat rate ground shipments generally take 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your destination. These methods are shipping options and do not include processing time. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Most carriers do not include the day the order ships, or weekends or government holidays as shipping days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays.

 

For orders shipping outside of the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories, APO and FPO addresses) our lowest cost shipping option is a flat rate of $15.00. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.

Please phone us at (800) 784-8212 or email orders@herbaceuticals.biz if you require a product exchange.  In most cases, customers can mail us products they wish to exchange.  Upon receipt, we will review the products and arrange for the re-shipment of the exchanged goods that are of equal value.  Please contact us if the exchange is due to receiving incorrect items.
